Best laid plans...

I had lots of lovely Good Friday ideas to do with my children today. However, they didn’t all go to plan...

We started off well with a lovely Good Friday chalk drawing.



We then tried to decorate Easter eggs with double-sided sticky tape and flowers. Ewan stuck the egg to his head instead...

We then did a really good job of making hot cross buns... until I dropped the glass bowl on the floor! What a sausage!!



Things don't always work out, and we should always remember that that is okay.

Sudbury Hall 🏯✏️🧮

 The Tigers have had a fabulous day at Sudbury Hall in Ashbourne! We found it what it was like to be a Victorian school child in the Victorian classroom, including having a go at real Victorian lessons. After lunch, we investigated and explored the museum of childhood. The children even got to test our life as a chimney sweep!
