Space week

 This week, we have been celebrating World Space Week. 

On Monday, we did lots of learning about different elements Space including:

the sun and the stars (including constellations)
the moon and the Sea
the Northern Lights
rockets and astronauts

On Tuesday, we had a visit from the Planetarium. The children loved the experience and we discussed our learning together afterwards.

The children have also produced some fantastic space art, creating their own planets and talking about the real planets that they know.
