Weston Park Museum We had such a wonderful time on our whole school trip to Weston Park Museum today. Weston Park Museum is in a central area of Sheffield giving the children a sense of city life. The infants started their day with a workshop whilst the juniors looked around the rest of the museum. The infant workshop was on Habitats. The children were not just given information but became investigators, exploring the animal area of the museum to find answers about the habitats and diets of the animals they were assigned. The children were then tasked with using their findings to create a collage habitat for their animal puppet. The children then presented their habitats to Horace the seal who wanted to know if he could like with the animals in their habitat. Which habitat do you think he chose?
