RE debate

In RE this week, Y1 and Y2 explored the question: 

Which is most important: friendship, forgiveness or peace?

The children discussed their thoughts and ideas, shared them then made their personal decision. They then formed 3 groups; those that thought friendship was the most important, those that thought forgiveness was, and those that felt peace was. 

After discussion in their group, we then held a debate where each group put their feelings across. The children used persuasive language and ensured they were respectful when disagreeing.
