Christingle-making with members of our church community

 On Tuesday morning, Olwen and James joined us to make Christingles, celebrating our cherished links with our church community. They talked with the children about the significance of the Christingles and supported them in their making. We are incredibly grateful to the church for providing all of the resources for our Christingles. The children are very excited!

We are Water Protectors!

Tuesday 7th November 2023  We are Water Protectors! Today, the Tigers arrived in class to find a river and lots of paper fish swimming around our classroom. After discussing the title of our new story, ‘We are Water Protectors’ we discussed why water is important and special. We talked about all the reasons why we need to protect the water on our earth. On the fish and waves we wrote sentences about why water is important and needs to be looked after, before decorating our river with vocabulary all about water.
