Expanded noun phrases

In English, Tigers are studying the book, The Bear and the Piano. This morning, they created expanded noun phrases in the form of piano keys. They listed 2 adjectives to describe a noun and put these into sentences about the book. I'm so proud of our hard-working children.

We have experienced what life was like before electricity in our homes.  We have had hands-on experience ironing, washing clothes, experiencing with old inventions and cleaning up!  This week in our Science lessons, the Y2 Tigers have gone down to the church with the Bears to observe and draw various trees - evergreen and deciduous alike. It was great to spend an afternoon out in the fresh air!
