Measuring Capacity 💧🏜🪣
Today the Y1 children have been measuring capacity. We used different ways to fill up our buckets and jugs and estimate how much our jugs would hold. Who knew that it would take 78 teaspoons of sand to fill a jug?!
Science in the park
This week in our Science lessons, the Y2 Tigers have gone down to the church with the Bears to observe and draw various trees - evergreen and deciduous alike. It was great to spend an afternoon out in the fresh air!
