My Birthday!

Who fancies some baking? I will find a bit of time today to make a birthday cake with my kids and I'd love to see any of your baking creations too. Baking is fantastic for squeezing in a bit of Maths and Science as well as being lots of fun and (hopefully) delicious.

    Thank you! It is definitely a bit odd but the sunshine makes everything feel better. I have also enjoyed a lovely slice of cake decorated by Lyla (think vast amounts of sprinkles)!

 The Tigers have had a fabulous day at Sudbury Hall in Ashbourne! We found it what it was like to be a Victorian school child in the Victorian classroom, including having a go at real Victorian lessons. After lunch, we investigated and explored the museum of childhood. The children even got to test our life as a chimney sweep!
