Happy Easter! Can you hear the birds singing?


Happy Easter!
I had a lovely peaceful moment this morning, drinking a cup of tea and listening to the birds singing (can you hear them in my video?). I think they are celebrating with us. 
What a special day, full of hope and joy that Jesus is risen. 

I would love to see all of the Easter activities you get up to. I’ll post some of ours later (let’s hope they’re more successful than our Good Friday ones).

For now, here is one of my favourite worship songs, perfect for celebrating Easter.
Today is also mine and Mr Chapman’s 6th anniversary and we sang this on our wedding day.

 The Tigers have had a fabulous day at Sudbury Hall in Ashbourne! We found it what it was like to be a Victorian school child in the Victorian classroom, including having a go at real Victorian lessons. After lunch, we investigated and explored the museum of childhood. The children even got to test our life as a chimney sweep!
