It's a freaky kind of day!

After my post this morning, I started to doubt my weather predicting ability. I needn't have worried though, what glorious, albeit a little windy, afternoon it's been. I hope you've  managed to get out and enjoy it.

I got quite a fright this afternoon when saw that Sol had decided the Woodruffs were having a fancy dress party. Him and Leah got drinks and snacks ready and asked Alexa for Halloween party music! What a great way to spend the afternoon.

He has also worked really hard on improving his newspaper report as well as producing lots of fantastic topic work.

Bea's been out researching animals first hand, including her pony, chickens, worms and earwigs. She has put together a wonderful fact sheet to present her findings. As well as this, she's been reading on 'kids a-z', writing and working hard on her maths.

Samuel's written a lovely piece all about his time on the farm with Daddy as well as painting a super picture of his new calf.

Isabel has been taking her time to paint a beautiful, careful topic picture. Fantastic Isabel, I'd love to see the finished article!

Robert has been joining in with Joe Wickes everyday as well as working hard on all the maths and english set. Wow Robert, I'm really impressed!

Isabella and Alfie have been busy on NumBots and Kids a-z, the points will be going through the roof soon! Keep up the hard work.

George has put lots of effort into his phonics, maths and writing. He has even practised counting on the farm. Well done George.

Well done again everyone for all your hard work today, I am delighted with the effort you all all putting in. You are real troopers and I am incredibly proud of you all.

I hope tomorrow isn't quite as frightening (Sol).

Stay safe and look after each other.

Miss Furness
