Careers event - Nursing

 This afternoon, Bears and Tigers had a visit from Nurse Jess. Jess talked about what it is like to be a nurse as well as ways we can keep ourselves healthy. The children brought some of their poorly teddies to the nurse to see how they could be made better and they also had chance to use some of the equipment. They learnt about taking temperatures, blood pressure and putting on bandages. Thank you so much to Nurse Jess for giving us an insight into a career as a nurse.
