We are Water Protectors- Character Descriptions

Character Descriptions 

Today, the Tigers have been using adjectives to describe the Water protectors in our new story. We came up with some amazing and thoughtful words to describe how brave these people are. We even discussed the fact that these characters are resilient, motivated, imaginative and that they aspire to do great things to protect their land. It is great to see the children making connections between our school values and our curriculum.

We are Water Protectors!

Tuesday 7th November 2023  We are Water Protectors! Today, the Tigers arrived in class to find a river and lots of paper fish swimming around our classroom. After discussing the title of our new story, ‘We are Water Protectors’ we discussed why water is important and special. We talked about all the reasons why we need to protect the water on our earth. On the fish and waves we wrote sentences about why water is important and needs to be looked after, before decorating our river with vocabulary all about water.
