Designing and Making🍎🍓 Fruit Salads

Today the Tigers have used the food preparation skills we learnt on Tuesday to design and make their own fruit salads. We then tasted our salads and checked it against our design criteria. Does it look good? Does it taste good? Is it healthy?

 What a wonderful afternoon we have had with ‘The History Van’. We have experienced what life was like before electricity in our homes.  We have had hands-on experience ironing, washing clothes, experiencing with old inventions and cleaning up! We have also wrote a post card using ink with a penny black stamp.

 This week in our Science lessons, the Y2 Tigers have gone down to the church with the Bears to observe and draw various trees - evergreen and deciduous alike. It was great to spend an afternoon out in the fresh air!
