Infant Festival 🏀

On Wednesday, the Tigers joined in with the ‘infant festival’ at Buxton Community School for a fun afternoon of team building and sports skills. We had a fabulous afternoon and everybody tried their very best at the mini workshops and worked together brilliantly! 🏅

 What a wonderful afternoon we have had with ‘The History Van’. We have experienced what life was like before electricity in our homes.  We have had hands-on experience ironing, washing clothes, experiencing with old inventions and cleaning up! We have also wrote a post card using ink with a penny black stamp.

 This week in our Science lessons, the Y2 Tigers have gone down to the church with the Bears to observe and draw various trees - evergreen and deciduous alike. It was great to spend an afternoon out in the fresh air!
