Welcome back!

 Time capsule

We've really enjoyed getting back together over the last few days, catching up about the summer and establishing our class routines.

This morning, we buried a time capsule, outlining our hopes and aspirations for the year ahead. We will dig it up at the end of the year (if our co-ordinates are accurate) and see what has changed and stayed the same.

 On Tuesday, Mrs Chapman loved reading about The Naughty Bus with Tigers class. We came up with a simple storyboard together along with some descriptive phrases to help us to retell the story. The children then retold the story to their partners, using playdough props.

Bernard’s Farm Visit 🐄

 Today, the Tigers visited Bernard’s Farm in Longnor for an exciting afternoon 🐄🐷. We learnt all about hay meadows and hay making, lambing and rare breeds of pig. We met some runner ducks and Kez the sheepdog along the on the way🐶 and we even took her a walk through the meadows 🌻
